She has more than 19 years experience and is accredited with a vast variety of qualifications including  Master of Nutrition Medicine, Bachelor of Health Science. She holds Diplomas in Sports Therapies, Remedial Therapies, Remedial Massage, Lymphatic Drainage and Reflexology.

Her treatments are tailored to patient’s individual needs combining medical, nutritional and natural therapies focusing on the holistic approach to develop one’s natural state of balance, health and wellbeing.

Since 2002 Martina has played an integral role within mindbodywellth, helping to maintain the philosophy of ‘caring for your health’ by providing some of the complementary elements that makes mindbodywellth an integrated medical practice.

Martina is an educator and lectures since 2000. She is enthusiastic about sharing her knowledge with  patients and upcoming practitioners alike. Her passion was rewarded with an award for Excellence in Lecturing in 2007 and  in 2003 she was  awarded Outstanding Achievement in Natural Therapies.

Growing up in Austria where tactile therapies are readily prescribed by the medical profession, Martina developed a long-standing enthusiasm for health and healing.

In 1983 she qualified as a Chef adding extra depth to her Diet/Nutrition advice.

In Austria she was also trained in balneology and how to design and run health spas.
